Jennifer was and is my realtor for my first property purchase and for helping me rent it out. What a blessing! I bought a house in Phoenix but still live in Chicago, so I needed someone local who knows the Phoenix metropolitan area in and out, would work with me remotely and whom I could fully trust. Jennifer scored a 100% on all three. I had talked to two other realtors before but wasn't convinced. Then a friend recommended Jennifer. She is smart, highly experienced in the real estate market, and a great listener so that she will pick the "right" showings for you. Yet, she is not a yay-sayer - she would tell me if some of my expectations were unrealistic. I had only a week in Phoenix to go and see potential properties. That was enough for her to exactly know what I was looking for. Back in Chicago, when I called her about the townhouse I was interested in and that had just come onto the market one day ago, she had already talked to the seller's agent. That's the home I ended up buying, for the price I wanted to pay and on the closing date I had planned. Jennifer offers a full service package, which, in my case, included finding the right lender, inspector, and various contractors for a small amount of repairs. Needless to say, she is well organized, quick to response and goes the extra mile to assist you with whatever it is you want. But most importantly, she is one of the nicest people I have ever done business with and gives your experience of buying a home a fun and personal touch. Jennifer is an exceptional realtor who caters to her clients needs. She is very responsive, and returns calls immediately. If there are any concerns or questions that arises she handles them in a timely manner, with the utmost professionalism.

We were working to find a rental property for the winter months, when I came across Jennifer Gibbs- Marsh. As we started our search later than we should have, there weren’t many properties that were available that fit our criteria. Jennifer sent multiple listings each day, and checked them thoroughly with their real estate company to confirm that they were available. She kept us posted several times each day, until we found a rental that suited our needs. She never pressured us to rent a property that we were not comfortable with, just so that she could complete a transaction.

Her attitude was always positive and upbeat. I feel like we have gotten to know her, and look forward to meeting her. We will continue to work with her to find a new rental for next year, and possibly a vacation home purchase.

She is very ethical. Any problems or questions we had during the process she always respected what we had to say, and she worked very hard in our behalf. I would highly recommend her for a vacation rental or home purchase.

Jenn was my landlord when she decided to sell her property, which I ultimately ended up purchasing. As a landlord, she was prompt with resolving any issues or responding to purely informative requests.

I would have gladly renewed my lease under her. As for the home buying endeavor; I was completely unsure how this process worked. Knowing Jenn was also an agent, I solicited some general information from her. So on a late Sunday afternoon, we spent about 2 1/2 hours just walking through the process....STEP by STEP. Two things were very evident to me during that meeting. This was going to be a very busy time going from offer to close, but more so, that she loves what she does as a Real Estate agent. While, of course, Jenn did not represent me in this transaction, from our initial interactions as tenant/landlord to the transition of buyer/seller, my opinion that she is ethical, trust worthy, and really darn good at her job never wavered.
