I highly recommend Lisa Gibbs as your realtor. Lisa was extraordinary in the way she worked with me in getting the house sold in a relatively short time and at the value I believed it should be sold for. Unlike a previous realtor I talked to before meeting with Lisa, the other realtor recommended that I not invest a penny in the property and sell it quickly. His projected selling price was $50,000 less than what Lisa sold it for. Lisa really listened to me on how much I thought the home was worth particularly in the unique community it was in. Lisa Gibbs’ keen eyes helped me understand what needed to be done to truly bring it up to the top of the market value. She found professionals to make modest changes to the house and within my budget. Mrs. Gibbs worked hard for me and put much time into this project. Lisa was a great communicator and was quick to reach out to me with questions, concerns, and updates throughout the process.

The bottom-line is that Lisa is a patient realtor who did not push me to sell my home as many offers were made. She waited for the offers that met my needs even though it probably added a few weeks to the date of the sale.
